Safford, Arizona. This nugget of wisdom from the sheriff of Graham County: Fireworks that go up, must come down. Now, I'll bet you didn't know that!

In the sixth paragraph the article contains the Arizona statute listing the kinds of fireworks that your state government deems illegal. It sounds to me like if you wave matches around to celebrate you can be arrested.

Also, the article fails to mention how you can simply travel 40 miles east into New Mexico and suddenly the people are smart enough to safely light off their own fireworks. [more]
